- Account: A unique account created for you to access the Service or parts of it.

Subscriptions
Subscription Period Certain features are accessible only via a paid Subscription, with billing based on your selected plan (monthly or annually).
Subscription Cancellations You can cancel your Subscription renewal through Account settings or by contacting the Company. Refunds are not issued for fees already paid within the current period; you retain access until the subscription term ends.
Billing Accurate billing information, including name, address, phone number, and valid payment details, is required. If automatic billing fails, an invoice will be issued for manual payment.
Fee Changes Subscription fees may be adjusted at the Company’s discretion, effective at the end of the current period with prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance of new rates.
Refunds Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

User Accounts

Content
Your Right to Post Content By posting Content, you grant the Company a license to use, modify, display, and distribute it as necessary for the Service. You retain ownership but must ensure Content does not infringe others’ rights.

Content Backups Regular backups are performed, but the Company does not guarantee against data loss. Maintain an independent backup of your Content.
